Ladino Pirke Avot - 1959

Masechet Avot (Tractate of the Fathers) written in Ladino; the Ladino text is printed according the Rashi alphabet. Pirkei Avot is the ninth masechet (tractate) of the seder Nezikin of the Babilonian Talmud. Nezikin has to do with matters of criminal and civil law, courts and judges. According to Maimonides it is put there because ethical conduct is to be exemplified by sages and judges. The book is in mint condition and well kept. A perfect addition for collectors.
