This is the complete Facsimile edition in original size of the Codex Orientales 8, from Hessische Landes- und Hochschulbibliothek, Darmstadt. This edition was publishe in 2 volumes ; the first volume is a fine facsimile of a medieval illuminated Hebrew manuscript. the second volume is a Commentarium in German and Hebrew on a number of manuscripts, it includes 16 plates with facsimiles of manuscripts. The cover is three-quarter leather over decorated paper-covered boards with gilt decorated spines. This copies are in an excelllent condition and well kept in the original marbled box.This a unique facsimile edition, very hard to find.
